The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Calling leads and effectively encouraging them to sign up for an introductory class at the academy.
- Managing and organizing leads within the client management system for efficient follow-up and tracking.
- Greeting students and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and providing accurate information to callers.
- Assisting students, staff, and visitors with any inquiries or requests they may have.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment and computer software.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Working Hours:
