This leadership role involves overseeing and optimizing production processes.
Responsibilities:
Managing a production shift team.
Ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of electrical control panels.
Implementing process improvements and quality control measures.
Collaborating with other departments to meet production goals.
Providing technical expertise in electrical control systems.
Reading and interpreting industrial electrical schematics.
Proficiently working with current control components and wiring standards.
Wiring industrial electrical control panels with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Production Shift Operator in a manufacturing setting.
In-depth knowledge of electrical control board systems.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
